We deliver to several regions across the United Kingdom. You can check availability for your address at checkout. We are continually expanding our coverage to serve more customers with speed and efficiency.

Delivery Times

Local deliveries (nearby areas): within 1 business day, depending on product availability. Other regions: between 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive updates by email or WhatsApp with the status of your order — from preparation to delivery.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm, following our logistics route and your region. For scheduled deliveries, please contact us after placing your order.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt up to two additional deliveries. After that, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Order Check Upon Delivery

We kindly ask that you check your items at the time of delivery. If you notice any issues (incorrect product, damaged item, or missing items), please contact our support team immediately.
